nternational Beer Awards (AIBA), organized by the Royal Agricultural Society of Victoria, continues to grow in both entry numbers and world wide reach, firmly establishing itself as the pre-eminent showcase of beer and brewing excellence in the Asia Pacific region and as one of the most important beer competitions in the world. A record number of entries were received in 2013. Over 1,480 beers were received from more than 230 brewers in 35 countries.
The Calgary International Beerfest is a celebration of beer. Increase your beer knowledge and find a new favourite by sampling some of the more than 200 different types of beer on site. Take part in beer seminars, vote for the People’s Choice awards, meet new people, sample delicious foods, enjoy the atmosphere and entertainment, and most importantly have a great time! Upon entry, each guest will receive an official Calgary International Beerfest sample mug to use throughout the event and take home with them afterwards!
The Edmonton Craft Beer Festival is a celebration of beer culture in Alberta. We focus on bringing the beer community together, including brew masters, brewery representatives, restaurant owners, managers and chefs. Together, these experts will share their knowledge through Brew Master Seminars, Cooking With Beer Seminars, food & beer pairings, and so much more. And when it’s all done – cast your vote for your favorite beer and food. We are a beer festival. Pure. Simple.
