Last year's Belgian Beer week at Sharkey's in Ladner was so popular they are doing it again this year.
Visit Sharkey's the week of June 9-15 (leading up to Father's Day) for Sharkey's Belgian Beer Week where they will be featuring a few amazing beers from Belgium and, or course, their delicious menu.

VCBW 2014 kicks off on Friday May 30th and finishes Saturday, June 7th.
This year’s theme is Hip-Hop, and VCBW has teamed up with Prevail from Swollen Members to host this year’s festivities. Along with that they've been working on some extremely fun events that fit within the theme, along with the usual video, poster, and West Ender covers.
This year’s tasting Festival, June 6&7 will be located at 215 West 1st Avenue (betweem the Cambie Street Bridge and the Olympic Village). The site is next to the Seawall and a short walk from the Canada Line’s Olympic Village Station, the Aquabus’s Spyglass Place Dock, and major bus routes along Broadway, the Cambie corridor, Main Street, and West 2nd Avenue. It's an outdoor event this year to make it all the more enjoyable.
Of course, the best event will be Monday, June 2 at Biercraft Cambie Street location with the return of the Belgian Beer Showcase.

In support of Celiac Awareness month, Craft Beer Market in the Salt Building, 85 W. 1st. Ave, Vancouver is hosting a 4 course dinner and beer pairing. Executive Chef Cam McGowen has created a 4 course, gluten free menu paired with an exceptional gluten free beer.
