Straffe Hendrik Quadruple

I'm delighted to announce that Staffe Hendrik Quadruple from de Halve Maan Brewery (the brewery with the underground beer pipeline in Bruges) has been listed with the BCLDB. It is rolling out to store early April so expect to see this amazing Quadruple on store shelves soon.

A rich and intense dark beer of high fermentation. It is brewed using a subtle mixture of special malts, which give the beer an extremely dark colour and a complex full malt character and mouthfeel. It is brewed with house yeast, five different varieties of malt and Saaz and Styrian Golding hops. This Quadruple combines a pure dryness with a rich fullness, flavoured with just a hint of fruit. A great beer for cellaring from 3-5 years
