In 2008, Brasserie des Gabariers bought the exclusive rights to XO beer

X.O. BEER was born from the blend of two specialty products known from time immemorial, but which never dared to meet:
BEER AND COGNAC
This new, specialty beer which is at the same time surprising, creative and extremely qualitative, we wanted to select only the best in its composition. To achieve that, we decided to associate the excellence in the know-how domains of distilling wines and brewing cereals.
BEER:
The pure malt beer has been specially brewed following traditional methods. Its authentic aromas come exclusively from hop and barley malt carefully selected.
COGNAC:
Here too, we have privileged for its aroma and bouquet, an X.O. Cognac fully matured in oak casks.
